Building on this quote, Fostering Resilience maintains that specific interventions can help to foster resilient behaviours and attitudes, leading to much better outcomes during and after the care experience. Young people and their carers will engage in resilience building exercises and work together to create a Resilience Action Plan. This session is suitable for young people aged 9-18.
