Helping Children and Young People Achieve their Potential: An Introduction to Kinship CARE (Frankston)

The kinship carer experience

Are you a kinship carer needing extra tools to create care plans and self care plans?

In Helping Children and Young People Achieve their Potential: An Introduction to Kinship CARE we offer an overview of the content of the Kinship CARE training series and an introduction to developing therapeutic CARE and self-care plans. This training is suitable for kinship carers who are unsure about committing to a four-session series, and those who have limited time to do so.
