This workshop will engage participants in the topic of "Self-Harm - Non-Suicidal Self-Injury". It will clearly explain what it is, why it happens and what can they as carers do.

Additionally, it will address:

• who is most at risk
• specific strategies to reduce self harm
• prevention strategies
• protective factors
• risk factors
• what to say, what to do
• who to link with and when
• what to look for, signs of self harm
