Carer Kafe are providing free tickets to the FASD Forum 2024 Online Conference for carers of children who have either diagnosed or unconfirmed FASD or if carers themselves have this condition.

The FASD FORUM ’24 is presented by NOFASD Australia with the support of Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care.

The theme of the conference, “Celebrating 25 Years, Finding the Silver Lining”, reflects the fact that NOFASD Australia is celebrating its Silver Anniversary, having been founded in 1999 by Sue Miers, AM. 

The conference will provide an opportunity to reflect on what progress has been made in the past 25 years in terms of FASD awareness, support services for FASD and research findings which offer hope for the future. Presentations will focus on topics that we know are of key concern to those impacted by FASD, and will be aimed to provide information to assist in improving life outcomes by providing insights into evidence-based approaches and strategies that can assist.

While we hope that you will be able to attend both dates, all delegates will also have access to video recordings of each conference session for a period of 90 days after the event. This means that if you are unable to attend any session/s due to conflicting commitments or you wish to re-visit the content of a particular session, there will be ample opportunity for you to watch these online afterwards.
